Exposition
June and July 2020 will hold an exposition “Pastely Nadi Voldánové” in the PETROF Gallery.
She is a member of Atelier of Painters and Graphic Artists (AMAG) in Náchod. The exposition consists of her landscapes, cities panoramas or objects in contrast with a black background made with her amateur artistic approach. The pleasant atmosphere in the music café is achieved with selected art pieces evoking the feeling of peace and ease. The artist lives both in Prague and Česká Skalice. She uses the dry pastel technique, which enables her to put her artistic ideas on paper.
Naďa Voldánová:
Her artistic ambitions woke later in her life. During her travels with her husband, a radio journalist, she felt the rising influence of art and aesthetic experience. Her vision of the world changed during her long travels and living in foreign families. She spent several years in London, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Brussel and Strasburg. After several years of absorbing the art, the seemingly subliminal artistic provocation woke the need to try the dry pastel technique in the artist. Next to her inspirations during her travels around the world, Naďa Voldánová finds another inspiration in nature, architecture, the piece of mind, and aesthetical experience.
“The possibility to have an exposition supports the fact that a few of my art pieces are hanged on the walls of several art lovers. I think this is a huge step for me and my art, which was at first only a shy need to express myself on a piece of paper with my dry pastels…” (Naďa Voldánová).
