Hradec relives the passion of Chopin and Sand

On 17.4.2018 the passion between Sand and Chopin was brought back to life in the new PETROF Gallery in a show by the great actress Hana Maciuchová and the world-renowned pianist Ivo Kahánek in a unique project on the relationship of Georges Sand and Fryderyk Chopin.

The literary-musical show drew the audience closer to the context of the lives and work of two exceptional artistic personalities of the romantic era with poems and extracts from their correspondence. During the evening works by Chopin were played, as well as by Liszt, Schubert, Smetana and others.
