Jitro from Hradec to perform with a soloist from the Berlin State Opera

On 3. 4. 2018 Hradec Králové is inviting yet another star to the new PETROF Gallery cultural centre, Jan Martiník, a soloist at the Berlin State Opera. On Tuesday evening he is appearing with the Hradec Králové children’s choir “Jitro”.

This will be the second concert in the 2018 Antonín Petrof concert series. The staging has been arranged by the Czech pianist Ivo Kahánek. Also appearing will be Štěpán Pražák, Viktor Mazáček and Jiří Poslední.

„We are greatly looking forward to the performance of Martinů’s Opening of the Wells at the PETROF Gallery. It is an honour for us to take part in this cantata with Jan Martiník, soloist from the Berlin State Opera Unter den Linden, and the superb pianist Ivo Kahánek”.
